  • Understand why Excel remains the best cash flow modelling tool still despite the existence of other technologies and apps
  • How to overcome the challenges of rogue and messy Excel workbooks and ensuring we remove errors effectively and manage this environment cleanly.
  • Steppingstones of building a cash flow model from scratch
  • Detailed walk though of these building blocks in an onscreen practical manner with participants who are welcome to join along.
  • Explore automation that enables to do these manual steps with speed and greater robustness using Modano add-in.
  • Example models will be provided to participants at no extra cost and these can be used and adapted as needed.

    Lance is a judge for the global Financial Modelling Innovation Awards.

    Lance was also previously the CFO of fintech start-up Banjo whilst founding Model Citizn, a financial modelling, analytics and automation consultancy firm following 20 years in corporate.

    He is also a certified trainer for the Financial Modeling Institute (FMI).
