Josh Chye CA

Josh Chye leads the HLB Mann Judd tax division. With a passion for understanding his clients’ commercial drivers, he is able to provide practical tax solutions in order to both solve problems and identify opportunities. 
Josh’s professional tax background of over seventeen years extends across working in the tax consulting divisions of reputable international second tier and big four firms which gives Josh the advantage of possessing significant and deep experience advising clients across all sectors and sizes from start-ups and family offices to foreign government funds.  
Josh has a passion for building close working relationships with his clients to understand their commercial and personal drivers and using his experience, expertise and networks to both solve problems and identify opportunities to generate significant value.
Josh is recognised as a highly personable and passionate practitioner who is committed to assisting clients to achieve business outcomes that are practical, measurable and aimed at improving the bottom line having regard to the latest tax developments. 
Outside of HLB Mann Judd, Josh is a Board member and Treasurer of the Property Funds Association of Australia, Board of the Australia Malaysia Business Council (Victoria Chapter) and Board Member of the Melbourne International Film Festival (MIFF).

Carlos Chambers


Carlos Chambers is CEO, co-founder of Common Ledger. He believes Open Data is a powerful mechanism to lift small business survival and success rates. Before falling in love with startup land, he's been a commercial lawyer at Rusell Mcveagh, established youth climate movement Generation Zero, and run tech business accelerator programmes. He's excited by increased heart-rate from extreme sports, making his 6-month old son giggle, long periods without eating and blockchain/crypto's power to recreate broken human systems. 

Andrew Campbell CA

Andrew is Chartered Accountant with 8 years of experience working in boutique and mid-tier accounting firms advising a large variety of businesses from local SMEs to multinational entities on tax, financial reporting and business structuring matters. He is a former member of the Young Chartered Accountants panel, and has also volunteered his time in the CA in residence program at Fishburners, a start-up incubator and co-working space, where he spent time mentoring businesses in the early stages of their start-up journey. Andrew currently works as a financial controller at Rezdy, a cloud-based software providing booking, payment and distribution solutions for businesses in the tours and activities industry around the world.
