Guest speaker highlights
Dr Michael Kollo - Dr Michael G. Kollo is an investment executive, a writer, a speaker and a self-confessed ‘translator’ for technical topics to wider audiences. He is a published Author in the application of machine learning to investing, a contributor to WEF AI / Fintech panel, and a highly respected member of the quantitative community in both the UK and Australia.
Vik Bhandari - Vik is a Director of FRS and his principal focus is the provision of technical accounting and IFRS advice for both clients and the FRS team. He is also responsible for the financial statements quality review process and business development. Prior to joining FRS, he was an Executive Director at Ernst & Young (E&Y) in the audit division and led the financial statements team.
Dr Marc Jones - Marc has a PhD in Strategic Management. He has published over fifty research and practitioner-oriented articles on strategy, international business, corporate social responsibility, and business education. Marc is in his third decade of strategy work encompassing research, teaching, executive development, facilitating, coaching and consulting activities internationally. In Australia, Marc has worked with organisations such as AMP, Suncorp, Westpac, NAB, News Corporation, CSIRO and others.
Camille Woods CA - Chartered Accountant. Corporate Meditation & Yoga Teacher. Camille spilts her time between teaching meditation and accounting. Having I founded Monday Mind, a Yoga and Meditation School for corporates, she offers on-site yoga classes for team building and stress reduction. After working as a financial accountant for 9 years, Camille is an accounting academic at UTS and Macquarie University. Financial Accounting Facilitator for CA ANZ.
Jeff Robson - Jeff is the Managing director of Access Analytic, a Perth-based consultancy that specialises in Power BI data analytics, financial modelling and training. Prior to founding Access Analytic in 2000, he worked in a chartered accounting firm for 6 years.
Petris Lapis - Petris is a consultant, coach, trainer and author who specializes in what has become known as ‘forever skills’. The ones you have throughout your career regardless of change sin innovation or changes in your technical role. She has published several books, hundreds of papers, consulted and presented workshops to the corporate, non-profit and government sectors, participated in the developed of professional training for a number of organisations and coached senior business executives in a range of industries. She has also worked in accounting, law, banking and academia.
