Online | Building Knowledge: Winds Of Change : Recent deal valuation metrics in the energy sector

Thursday, 10 February 2022
The energy sector is experiencing a momentous shift as the world looks for rapid and lasting solutions to balance its burgeoning carbon budget.

Deals across oil, gas and electricity sectors continue in their conventional form (M&A, IPO and secondary raisings) while a number of new innovative partnerships across companies and industries are also gaining momentum. ESG factors are increasingly becoming factors that influence value.

Looking across this multi-dimensional dealscape, in this presentation, the panel of energy experts will discuss and invite your participation in issues such as:

• Which deal metrics provide useful insights about the outlook for the energy sector?
• What types of players are increasingly featured in deals?
• What are some of the new challenges in energy sector valuation?
• How are ESG factors impacting value?

This event is offered to both members and non-members across Australia and New Zealand.
