An introduction to getting effective feedback - AU

Many organisations understand the benefits of giving feedback to team members, and many organisations understand the need to create a culture of feedback within their business. 

Unfortunately, many organisations have a great “feedback intent”, but never actually create a “feedback culture”. They talk about it, but never actually do it. 

This session will enable you to: 

• Appreciate the important role feedback plays in a personal and professional growth, particularly in the context of team member development. 
• Recognise the significance of regularly providing constructive feedback to team members as a means to build trust, enhance engagement, and ultimately elevate productivity.
• Understand how mastering the art of giving feedback can serve as a cornerstone for effective leadership and organisational success.

• Understand the key principles for providing effective feedback
• Understand a framework for having feedback conversations with team members.
