Back by popular demand, our Sip and Savour series will kick off in 2025 with a comparison of Old and New World sparkling wines.
Ever wondered about whether Champagne is worth the price tag, compared to what we get here? How about Prosecco from the original Veneto region in Italy, versus ones made in Australia?
Let your tastebuds have a say in this tasting where we compare the sparkling Old World ‘original’ to its New World counterpart to discover which is best. We will even be attempting some sparkling wine pairings with cheeses.
Know nothing about wine? No worries! As this session is designed to be a social one, we will give you the basics and it’s just up to you to come along, have fun and try some new things.
