How you’ll learn

This certificate provides a structured learning journey that builds confidence and capability step by step. Participants progress through three self paced micro courses, supported by live, expert‑led workshops that help translate learning into practical workplace applications. Each stage builds toward stronger influence, clearer communication, and greater strategic impact. All learning and assessment activities are completed over seven weeks, providing momentum without putting work on hold.
