Driving Business Efficiency | Powered By CA Catalyst

Is efficiency a focus area for your firm this year? This series is designed to support members in public practice with their operational effectiveness.

Whilst you could opt for individual sessions, we recommend enrolling in the full series. This will give you access to a 25% discount on the overall program. See the agenda for more details on each of the masterclasses.

*Available as a virtual live stream or a recorded session
During consultations with members in Public Practice in July 2022, driving business efficiency was highlighted as a priority for many firms to address talent shortages and improve productivity.

With those challenges in mind, CA Catalyst has designed a 5-part efficiency masterclass series to support Public Practitioners by improving their operational effectiveness, to address talent shortages and enhance productivity.

What sets efficient practices apart is how they approach challenges, the tools they use to enact change, and the structures and systems they have in place.

Each session is $40 or you can opt for the full series for $148 (save 25%).

Although we encourage live participation, each masterclass will be recorded and available after the session, so if you miss one, you can still opt in for the full series.
