Our worlds were turned upside during the pandemic and many are now transitioning back to the workplace. In this module explore how to transition to the ‘new normal’ and tips and strategies for supporting this transition.
The pandemic saw working from home on a scale never imagined before. Some people loved working from home and others struggled with the social isolation. Some people can’t wait to transition back into the workplace and others want to continue to work for home or a hybrid of these. Gain practical tips and strategies for successfully navigating the transition to new ways of working.
